This Wellness Academy is designed specifically for those who lead and manage others. Experience 52 weeks of learning about mental health and personal wellness. Wellness Academy focuses on individual obstacles and challenges to wellness as well as resources and techniques to heal and grow. Viewing a short session every week keeps mental health & well-being on your mind regularly, while allowing learning to be better processed and retained.
