Introducing the "Strategic Happiness Plan" online program
What is it and how does it work?
Businesses do annual strategic planning in order to set goals, achieve successes, and to keep the business in line with its mission and purpose. We, as individuals, can also strategically plan our lives, as well as the things we seek for ourselves -- like HAPPINESS.
The Strategic Happiness Plan is here to help you create your own goals, milestones, and overall plan for making changes in your life that will move you toward happiness.
For a period of one year, you will have weekly-release access to 52 sessions designed to provide education, self-assessment, and reflection in an online classroom format. In each session you will watch a short informational video on a different topic, and then complete a self-assessment "quiz" or reflection exercise. You will also have activities throughout the program that will gradually help you make changes and choices toward creating your own happiness.

Get Ready to Be Happy!
You'll spend an average of 15-30 minutes on each session, and you can do it at your own convenience. Just login, watch the video(s) for the session, and then do your self-assessment and reflection, or plan your application activity for the week. We've broken this down into these mini-sessions so it's easy to do, but we also encourage you to pace these out, and not "binge-watch" or rush to complete the program. As you complete each session, you'll let it process for the week before moving on to the next one. Give yourself time to apply the information to your life, and give thought to the changes you will want to be making.
