What is it and how does it work?

Businesses do annual strategic planning in order to set goals, achieve successes, and to keep the business in line with its mission and purpose. We, as individuals, can also strategically plan our lives, as well as the things we seek for ourselves -- like HAPPINESS.

The Strategic Happiness Plan is here to help you create your own goals, milestones, and overall plan for making changes in your life that will move you toward happiness.

Over the course of one year, you will receive 52 weekly sessions designed to provide education, self-assessment, and reflection in an online classroom format. Each week you will watch a short informational video on a different topic, and then complete a self-assessment "quiz" or reflection exercise. You will also have activities throughout the year that will gradually help you make changes and choices toward creating your own happiness.
