In-person, Monday, December 7, 2026
8:30-11:30am
3 hours / CLEET #26-0638
Edmond, Oklahoma
Class is limited to 16 people.

Law enforcement has one of the highest line-of-duty risks from heart events—and the job’s stress load doesn’t stay on the clock. We'll talk through the real-world heart risks for cops (warning signs, numbers that matter, and practical prevention).  Participants will go through a series of self-assessments, gaining awareness of their own health trends, any signs of poor heart health, and any changes that need to be made. Then we connect the dots between stress, anxiety, burnout, and the body—so you leave with a plan you can actually use.

Hot breakfast, coffee, snacks, drinks provided.

Pre-registration is required.Â
