Night shift doesn't just mess with sleep -- it hits hormones, appetite, mood, focus, reaction time, and patience. This class gives practical strategies for better sleep quality, recovery, and energy without pretending your schedule is normal.

We'll also tackle the family side: how to reduce friction when your world runs opposite everyone else's, and how to stay connected when you're living in the dark.
