“Communicate better” usually means “say it my way,” and that’s one reason it fails. This course teaches a two-way model: how different people receive messages, how assumptions and shortcuts derail trust, and how to listen in a way that improves the next interaction—not just the current one. You’ll leave with tools for home, the job, and tense conversations where tone matters as much as words.
