Mental Immunity is a groundbreaking new approach to "resilience." By looking at 12 areas of health, and by paying close attention to intentional choices on our life's path, all in a deeply intentional and proactive way, we can strengthen our mental health immune system to maintain wellness.
This training course is built on the principles of the 12 Core Areas of Health, the 5 Elements of Mental Immunity (Connection, Growth, Purpose, Positivity, and Healing), the Trauma and Significant Events Timeline, and the Proactive Suicide Prevention Sequence.
We'll look at making choices based on values and priorities, reducing conflict and stress, and being proactive and intentional about the path ahead of us. Additionally, 12 core areas of health will be addressed and discussed, with each participant taking a look at their own rating for each. We'll then look at the past, and how each significant event in our lives has developed the person we are today - and how to best use those events and experiences to build the life we want going forward. A focus then is placed on the 5 elements of Mental Immunity, and how to integrate those into daily life, building a preemptive resilience and a positive state of living, for a strong mental wellness immune system.
Be prepared to participate in self-assessments, group discussion and future-planning activities. This training session is designed for hands-on, real-life application.
