Mental Health Moment | Stressors

You can carry around one stressor for quite a while, and it won't be too noticeable. But when we start carrying around multiple things that cause us stress, anxiety, tension, sadness, resentment, etc., those things begin to weigh us down. You carry them, and carry them, until eventually all you can think about is the pain they're causing you, and you can't see anything outside of that. It becomes almost impossible to think of solutions, or to pay attention to positives. Share those.. let someone help you remove them one by one, so that you can think clearly again.
