How do you start your day? Is it with prayer, meditation, exercise, journaling? A purposeful start to your day, whatever that may be, can help you have a more purposeful day all the way around. Living with intention gives you a direction and helps you by giving you a purpose in life, which we can all benefit from. Having something to look forward to, setting goals and working toward them, and knowing what you want from your life, can help you through times when you may feel hopeless or cynical. Re-assess your purpose & goals, and start your mornings with some type of step toward those, and you’re far more likely to reach them and live a life that more closely aligns with what’s important to you
