Your body is built to react with tears when you experience emotions like stress, anger, sadness and suffering.


We have different types of tears, but the type of tear that reacts to these emotions contains a natural painkiller, called leucine enkephalin. Tears that release a chemical that works like morphine. Your body is naturally created to help you deal with pain, by crying tears.
