Mental Health Moment | Balancing with Good

The world seems harsh sometimes. We get comfortable and then <*BAM*> .. we get a painful reminder that bad things happen. It can make us weary. It can get us down, and make us wonder if bad is winning. Instead of focusing on the bad and painful thing, immediately turn around and do something positive. What can you do today to counter-balance the bad everyone is feeling? What good and positive thing can you do for someone, or show to someone, or be for someone... today? If every time someone hurts people, we turn around and do good for a multiplicative number of other people, good wins. Bad does not. Don't turn a bad event into a political argument or a focus on the bad people who did the thing. Just bring more good into the world. If for no other reason.. it will make you feel better today.
