Wellness Academy
Leader Level: This Wellness Academy is designed specifically for those who lead and manage others. Experience 4 weeks of training and discussion about mental health and personal wellness, and how you can keep yourself in a healthy place as well as support your team members with their own wellness. You'll learn how to recognize and respond to someone who is in crisis or whose personal life is creating workplace challenges.
Executive Level: Specifically for executives, this wellness academy brings together individuals who lead the culture and the vision of an organization. You will learn how to build a culture of wellness, reducing sick days, procrastination, conflict, and personnel stress. This program recognizes the higher levels of stress and obstacles that executives encounter, and bring wellness to a personal focus as well as a workplace expectation. Invest in your teams, by investing in yourself.

The Wellness Academy program for executives and leaders.
What is it and how does it work?
This training program is designed to help executives and organization leaders learn about potential mental health issues within themselves, as well as how to recognize those in others. This awareness should help increase compassion and understanding for self & staff, so that the organization as a whole becomes healthier and stronger. Designed specifically for managers and leaders, we address issues related to leadership but also teach you how to potentially support & assist those you lead with their own mental health challenges.
The 4-week program consists of online sessions during the week, so that you can participate on your own schedule and when it's convenient. And then each Friday morning, for 4 weeks, we hold a live session with participants to go through specific scenarios you may be experiencing, and to provide more intensive and customized discussions around your organization's particular needs.
Get Ready to Start Gaining a Better Understanding of Mental Health and Well-Being...
You'll spend an average of about 15-30 minutes on each week's online session, and you can do it at your own convenience each week. Just login, watch the video(s) for the week, and then carry on with your work. Friday morning, for 4 weeks, we'll meet online or in person for a live discussion to "book-club" the training topic for the week, and to provide you with real answers for your questions, support for your specific situations, and guidance on supporting your team.
