By the end of the year you should know yourself better, find what your happiness looks like, and be living with a more positive outlook on your life as a whole.

HOW IT WORKS:
Each week you will receive an email notification that a new session is available to you. Over the course of 52 weeks you will view short educational videos, go through self-assessment "quizzes," and do some writing through reflection exercises. The content is designed to teach how our life events, circumstances, and choices affect our future as well as our present day happiness. You'll discover obstacles in your way, changes you can make, and how to make decisions and choices that lead you on a better path for your overall life. The sessions at the end of the program will help you put into practice what you've learned about yourself, and set goals and plans into place so that you are strategically working toward happiness now, and happiness long-term.
